User Data Deletion Instructions

CarrGaragePostiz · Effective date: October 20, 2026

CarrGaragePostiz is a private, internal social media scheduling tool (a self-hosted copy of the open-source Postiz software). It is operated by Ian Carr for The Salvation Army Houston Northwest corps (Windfern) and is used only by that corps’ own administrators to schedule and publish posts to the corps’ own Facebook Page. It is not offered to the public.

Option 1: Remove the app in Facebook

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (sometimes listed under “Apps and websites”).
3. Find CarrGaragePostiz and click Remove.

This immediately revokes the tool’s access to your account and Pages.

Option 2: Ask us to delete your data

Email ian.carr@mail.grokbot.com with the subject “CarrGaragePostiz data deletion request” and include your name and the Facebook account or Page involved.

We will delete the stored access tokens, Page information and any scheduled posts linked to you, and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
